You must be 18 or older to commission us! We will ask you for ID if your quote has been accepted. If you are a minor and still want to get a fursuit from us it must be done through your parent or guardian.

If choosing to commission us via payment plan you must acknowledge that your first deposit is non refundable as this deposit secures your space in our queue and goes toward the time spent drafting concepts of your commission.

After purchasing a fursuit from us whether it be a commission or pre-made, you will be granted a 30 day warranty so that if anything happens to your fursuit that isn’t intentionally inflicted we will fix and or replace broken and or damaged parts for free- though you still will have to pay shipping.

We will not fix ill fitting bodysuits as we make them from your duct tape dummy sent to us from you, and at the time of production would give us the correct sizing for your body. We make sure to leave some space for any body growth so if your suit does not fit you, we are not liable and unfortunately this issue if crossed will not be resolvable through warranty.

We will give you a detailed list of each material purchased for your fursuit to make sure you are happy with the colours, textures and overall feel of your fursuit. If you change your mind about a colour or material after purchase we will not refund you for the material bought and you will be charged for the new one.

If you wish to cancel your order you may not be fully refunded depending on if materials have been bought or if a significant amount of work has been started. We make sure to log how much work we have done for both our and your protection and will refer to this if need be. You will not be refunded your queue deposit.

Do not resell or claim our work as your own! You’re more than welcome to resell or trade your fursuit but you must give Kemonocoast credit for its creation and any designers listed in its creation.

If you’re interested in commissioning or buying a fursuit from us please be aware that we have cats around our workspace and whilst they do not go near any fursuits or materials we cannot guarantee that anyone with allergies would not come into contact with said allergen.  

Under these circumstances it is YOUR responsibility as an individual to determine whether or not we are a suitable maker for you, we greatly appreciate your interest.
